Lucia’s path into the world of healing and transformation began in 1999, when she became a certified Reiki Master and spent over 20 years offering energy healing at a spiritual center. Alongside her corporate career, her heart for service was always present — supporting communities through homeless shelters, nursing homes, and programs for children, women, and people overcoming addiction and disabilities.
After more than 25 years in Corporate America, Lucia chose to fully embrace her true purpose: empowering women by helping them reconnect with their authentic selves. This vision gave birth to the Innerchild Foundation Inc., a non-profit organization devoted to creating safe and transformational spaces for women to heal, grow, and awaken their inner child. Her commitment extends globally, including offering healing therapies to Women Artisans in Cusco, Peru.
Lucia’s professional and spiritual journey is both profound and diverse. She holds an MBA and completed the Professional Development Program at Harvard University. Spiritually, she has trained with world-renowned teachers and earned certifications across multiple disciplines, including:

She is also a Universal Constellations Facilitator, with advanced training from Mark Wolynn, author of It Didn’t Start with You, and Michelle Blencher. With over 25 years of experience as a Reiki Master, she also holds certifications as a Life Coach, Advanced ThetaHealer, Andean Yoga RYT 200, Laughter Yoga Teacher, Radiesthesia, and Access Consciousness Practitioner, among many other holistic modalities.
