With an MBA, executive education from Harvard University, and extensive training in Family Constellations, Energy Medicine, Reiki, ThetaHealing, Life Coaching, Andean Yoga, and other transformational modalities, Lucia combines leadership expertise with holistic wisdom.
Drawing from her diverse experience, she created Fast Transformational Techniques (FTT), her signature approach designed to help women reconnect with their authentic selves, access their inner wisdom, and create meaningful change with greater ease, clarity, and confidence.

Lucia’s work is rooted in service and a deep commitment to supporting women in reconnecting with their inner strength and worth.
Through her Inner Child Foundation Inc., she initiated a monthly empowerment program at Lotus House Shelter in Miami, walking alongside women as they rebuilt self-worth, stability, and hope. After almost two years of devoted service and impact, this initiative naturally evolved, and Lucia now continues this mission through her company—expanding her reach while maintaining her support for the Lotus House community.
